1. Introduction

PayOnBase is a custodial platform that enables creators to sell digital goods in exchange for USDC on the Base Network. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Custodial Nature

PayOnBase holds transaction funds in a platform-controlled treasury. When a sale occurs, the funds are credited to your internal ledger account. We act as the custodian of these funds until they are withdrawn by the creator.

3. Fees and Withdrawals

We charge a 5% platform fee on every transaction. Withdrawals are subject to a mandatory 24-hour security delay from the time of the transaction. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals if fraud or illegal activity is suspected.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use PayOnBase to sell illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, or anything that violates our acceptable use policy. We reserve the right to remove any product and freeze associated funds.

5. Liability

PayOnBase is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for loss of funds due to technical failures, security breaches, or regulatory changes.
